memoQfest 2012 Call For Papers open

Kilgray Translation Technologies, a company dedicated to the development of translation productivity tools, will hold its fourth user conference on 9-11 May 2012 in Budapest, Hungary. memoQfest 2011 brought more than 190 attendees from 30 countries and all attendees rated the event as good or excellent. Similar or increased participation is expected this year, based on the growing number of users worldwide.
Beginning with a workshop day on 9 May, followed by two conference days, memoQfest 2012 will be an opportunity to learn about industry trends and Kilgray’s latest developments, attend workshops, discuss best practices, take part in social events, and exchange information with translators, language service providers, and translation end users.
The focus of the conference is ‘refactoring’. Whether you are a large buyer of translation, a language service provider, or a translator, this process of analyzing and optimizing can lead to a better, more cost effective business processes. memoQfest 2012 will focus on this and how, in particular, Kilgray’s technology can be used to refactor your translation business.
Papers or proposals for workshops and presentations are invited in the following fields:
