Perl Scripts for Conversion of TM formats

Cotman University has released a collection of perl utility scripts that can be used to convert translation memories from one format to another or creating translation memories from glossaries. It is important to understand that the scripts are offered without support of any kind and that you’ll need some basic knowledge of programing in order to modify the scripts to your own purpose.
When piped together and used with SED and LEX in a Unix environment (such as OS X ) these scripts can perform the conversions automatically and with great speed.

Virtaal is a graphical translation tool. It is meant to be easy to use and powerful at the same time.
Although the initial focus is on software translation (localization or l10n), we definitely intend it to be useful for several purposes.
Virtaal is built on the powerful API of the Translate Toolkit. “Virtaal” is an Afrikaans play on words meaning “For Language”, but also refers to translation.
